Healthy body? Check. Healthy brain? Check.

Dance and movement are some of of the best activities for a healthy body and a healthy brain! While many activities encourage repetitive movement patterns, dance and movement offer a highly diverse spectrum of motion that not only promotes cardiovascular health and muscle formation, also promotes neural growth! Additionally, the expressive and creative nature of dance provides an opportunity for kids to work out their emotions and stress in a tactile way.

Our Enrichment Program is a fantastic way to offer a dose of body and brain awareness to your child while training them in a variety of dance styles! No auditions are required to participate and classes are available for all ages and levels of experience! To celebrate the end of the year, each spring students are encouraged to participate in our annual full-scale dance show. Enrichment students are also welcome to audition for our yearly presentation of Masha & the Nutcracker in December.
